Open in the morning. Painted overnight.
We paint offices, storefronts and dining rooms after you close and have the space ready before you open.

Painting a business that never really stops
After-hours commercial painting means the crew arrives after your last customer leaves and the space is clean and usable before your first one arrives. For offices, that usually means evenings and weekends. For retail, it means overnight between closing and the morning restock. For restaurants, it means the day the kitchen is dark.
Offices
We work floor by floor or suite by suite. Desks are covered rather than cleared, cords and monitors are left in place, and each night ends with floors swept and drop cloths gone. Conference rooms and lobbies are often saved for a weekend so they look finished on Monday.
Retail
Fixtures get pulled from the wall one run at a time, painted behind, and pushed back before the store opens. If you are doing a reset anyway, tell us: painting during a planned reset is the cheapest time to do it.
Restaurants
Dining rooms, bars and restrooms are typical. Kitchens need coatings suited to heat and moisture and a tighter cleanup, and we plan them around your cleaning schedule. Booths and banquettes are wrapped, not moved.

Winter is a good time for interior commercial work
Exterior coatings are limited by temperature, but interior work is not tied to the weather. Many businesses use the slower months to refresh suites, corridors and dining rooms. If you want to plan around the calendar, ask about winter interior scheduling.
Quick answer: what does after-hours painting cost compared with daytime?
It depends on the crew hours and how much setup and reset each shift needs. We price it as a line item, so you can compare the after-hours bid with a daytime option and pick the one that costs your business less overall.
Questions we get
Can a restaurant be painted without closing?
Most restaurants are painted on the days they are already closed, or overnight after the last service. Dining rooms are usually done in one or two nights per section, with tables and booths covered and the room cleaned before opening.
How do you keep paint odor down in an office?
We use low-odor and zero-VOC coatings where the spec allows, ventilate during and after work, and schedule the heaviest coats for the start of a weekend so the space has time to air out.
Can you paint a storefront exterior in winter?
Sometimes. Exterior coatings have product-specific temperature limits. Sherwin-Williams lists Duration Exterior as applicable down to 35°F, and Benjamin Moore lists Aura Exterior at 35–100°F. We schedule exterior storefront work for days that meet the product label.
Who moves the furniture?
We cover and move light furniture and reset it before we leave. Heavy equipment, server racks and anything plugged into critical systems stay with your team or your mover; we work around them.
